    If smoking area is outside of park are you allowed to bring the vape pen in the park?

    Hey Howdy Hey Shawna and welcome to planDisney! 

    Thank you for your questions in regards to vape pens in the parks. Smoking and vaping can be tough at times to interpret the rules so let's see what we can come up with. 

    You are correct as there is no smoking of any kind allowed inside the parks. Smoking is allowed outside of the parks and in certain areas at the resorts and Disney Springs. Looking through items that are prohibited in the parks, at this time vape pens are not listed as items that are prohibited. This list and rules are subject to change without notice. Considering that you are not allowed to smoke or vape in the parks, this decision may be up to the security guards before you enter the park if you are allowed with it or not. I would say to be safe, you might not want to take it with you to the parks just to be sure you won't have to run it back to your car or room as you get ready to enter the parks.
