When is “It’s a Small World” closed for holiday decorations?

Hello there, Emilee. Thanks for bringing your "it's a small world" question to planDisney. It's one of my very favorite rides, so I sailed on over to give you an answer!

I looked at the attraction's monthly schedule on the Disneyland Resort website and it appears that "it's a small world" will close around September 16 for its transition to "it's a small world" Holiday. This is subject to change so I recommend checking back closer to your visit. The festive version of "The Happiest Cruise That Ever Sailed 'Round the World" should return later this fall with some favorite holiday songs!

Emilee, you'll be visiting in time to enjoy some other holidays at the Disneyland Resort - both Halloween Time and Día de los Muertos return on August 23, 2024! Speaking of which, check out the Halloween Foodie Guide that just dropped over at the Disney Parks Blog. I can't wait to try the Alpine Almond Delight at Edelweiss Snacks and the Boo-gogi Toasted Sandwich with Corn Cheese Soup at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe. I think the Halloween food offerings will have us screaming for more!

I hope this helps, Emilee! Please feel free to ask me any other questions you may have. I'd be happy to help!

    Bon voyage,
    Melissa
