One of the things I love most about a Walt Disney World vacation is leaving the worries of home behind and stepping into that magical bubble where problems and responsibilities don't exist. Unfortunately, we can't ignore everything. Medical needs remain with us, no matter where we go, and that includes
The Most Magical Place on Earth. Some Disney Resort hotel rooms have
beverage coolers, and some have small refrigerators. If yours does not have a refrigerator, you can request one for medication. While you can do this when you arrive, there are a limited number available, so I suggest you make the request ahead of time by calling
Walt Disney World Tickets and Hotel Reservations. A Cast Member will add the note to your reservation. Bell Services can provide refrigeration if you arrive before your room is ready.
If you need to take the medication to the parks, Disney's got you covered. Stop by the
First Aid Center, located near the entrance. They should be able to store your medication while you spend the day enjoying your favorite attractions and trying all the Mickey-shaped snacks!
