Hello, Michele! Welcome to planDisney where my pals and I are glad to have you with us.
I'm so happy to hear that you have plans to set sail for adventure on the
Disney Wish. The maiden voyage is just around the corner and from every photo and piece of news that I can get my hands on, the new ship seems to be absolutely spectacular. The
"it's a small world" nursery! onboard is exceptionally adorable, and I'm thinking your little one may be able to enjoy it while you sail.
Each stateroom is equipped with a small refrigerator onboard, however there is not access to a freezer. I'm sorry if that's not the news that you were hoping for. Alternatively, you are
permitted to bring a small cooler as part of your carry-on luggage if it is no larger than 12"x12"x12" and used only for storing baby food, medication, or items related to dietary restrictions. Ice is readily available onboard if you choose to bring a cooler.
The Disney Cruise Line loves to
accommodate little travelers, so you will have access to a diaper disposal unit, portable crib, bottle warmer, and other amenities as requested. High chairs are available in all of the dining rooms, and if your child is eating solid foods, you may request pureed foods to be served at dinner time or to be delivered to your stateroom via room service. The little ones aren't left out when it comes to the royal treatment!
I hope that you have the most magical time making memories with your little sailor. Please cruise our way again if you have more questions. My fellow panelist,
Andrew, is about to embark on the Disney Wish with a baby in tow and he'll return with plenty of insight, I'm sure.
Happy Sailing,
Adrianna
