Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package, please double-check that your package is linked to your
My Disney Experience. This will allow you to make final payments online. After confirming that your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package is linked, follow these steps to make a payment towards your package under "
My Plans" in My Disney Experience."
- In My Disney Experience, find "My Plans."
- Under "My Plans," you should see your Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel information for May (i.e., confirmation number, dates, and remaining balance).
- Click the blue button to the right of your resort hotel information (it should say "Make Payment"), and this will take you to a screen to process your payment.
That should help you get your final payment submitted. If you do not see an option to make a payment, there are three possible reasons.
- Room-Only Reservation: If you only booked a room-only reservation (not purchased as a package with Theme Park tickets), you cannot make payments online. You can only pay the remaining balances for room-only reservations at check-in and not before that.
- Travel Agent: If you book your Vacation Package using a third-party travel agency, you will not have the option to make a payment through My Disney Experience. The final payment would need to be arranged through the travel agency you worked with.
- Technical Difficulties: If neither of the two options I just went over apply to you, it could just be a technical blunder. To make a final payment, in this case, call a Cast Member at (407)-939-4357 for additional assistance. Please note that the wait times to speak to a Cast Member are longer than usual due to higher call volume. Try calling early in the morning or later in the evening to minimize your wait.
