I had a small balance due, but after applying the Disney spring resort credit I ended up with a credit. Where can I find this on my account?

Well hello, Karen. Welcome to planDisney.

I'm not sure what type of credit you may have received but when I spoke to a friendly Cast Member this evening, she informed me that credits don't usually show up on your My Disney Experience account. As such, I would recommend that you call the very helpful Cast Members at the resort to get some clarification on any credits you may have been issued. As long as you booked your vacation through the Walt Disney Company, they should be able to give you some clarification and/or point you in the right direction!

Staying at a hotel near Disney Springs can be incredibly convenient. For me, a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is not complete until I've visited Disney Springs. There's no entrance fee, there are tons of wonderful shopping opportunities, and the dining? Out of this world! Between Chef Art Smith's Homecomin', The Boathouse, Morimoto Asia, and so many more, there are some amazing offerings. And Summer House on the Lake and eet by Maneet Chauhan are brand-new restaurants that I can't wait to try.

Karen, if you have any other questions leading up to your spring trip, please reach out directly to me. Be sure to follow along with the Disney Parks Blog (or the event page) to see if the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will still be running when you are there. It begins on February 28, 2024 this year, but an end date hasn't yet been announced. Be sure to check it out if it is!

We must be swift as the coursing river,
    Matt
