    Hi, does Sleepy Hollow's at Magic Kingdom offer Allergy-free waffles? If not so, where could I get them on property? Are they available in most quick-service/table service locations in the parks that have waffles?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. Yummmmm! Sleepy Hollow is one of my very favorite places to eat in Magic Kingdom Park. The Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich with Chocolate-Hazelnut Spread is a truly magical breakfast or snack!

    Select Quick-Service locations (and most Table Service locations) around Walt Disney World do offer allergy-friendly menus. At any dining location, simply let a Cast Member know that someone in your party has food allergies, and request the allergy-friendly menu. Unfortunately, not every restaurant offers this option, and I could not confirm whether Sleepy Hollow offers allergy-friendly waffles at this time. I recommend emailing the Special Diets team at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com at least 14 days before your arrival, and specifying the type of allergy along with your question. You may also call them at (407) 939-3463.

    Manuel, Quick-Service dining locations at the resorts can accommodate requests for allergy-friendly Mickey Waffles,and you are welcome to visit a resort to dine even if you are not staying there. Simply ask to speak to the Chef when you arrive at the restaurant, who will explain your options and prepare something that’s just right for your needs. I have been so impressed with Disney’s commitment to making sure Guests with allergies have their needs met so they don’t need to worry and can focus on having a magical time, and I hope you have the same experience.

    I hope you find your perfect Walt Disney World waffles! Don’t forget – Mickey waffles taste better when you take a picture with them first…smile and say “MICKEY!”
