28 MORE SLEEPS! WOOT WOOT :) With the new site, I can't seem to find where I can add a "celebration" to a dining reservation online. My parents r joining us at the Hoopdedoo & I want my Mom's birthday to be a big deal. Do I need to call to ha

    Hi Lisa,

Birthdays are great at Disney, no matter what your age! I'm sure your mom's will be even better because she's spending it with her family.

To be sure that her celebration is noted, I would call the dining reservations number at 407-939-7429. As with any massive project like this, the conversion to the new website and My Disney Experience has had a few challenges.

I just switched my account yesterday, and I haven't been able to move all my reservations yet. I'm excited about all the great new features coming to the website, but it's going to take a little time to figure it all out.

Wish your mom a Happy Birthday from the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and be sure to get her a Happy Birthday button at guest relations in the parks or resorts so that cast members and other guests can offer their good wishes as well.

Please let me know if I can be of any other assistance, and enjoy your family time!
