    when is skyrider opening at disney world

    Hi William!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    The brand new Disney Skyliner has created much discussion and excitement, especially as testing is now underway and Guests have spied them up in the sky, making their way around Walt Disney World Resort.  They will transport Guests smoothly between Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot's International Gateway and to four Disney Resort hotels - Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort and Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort as well as the forthcoming newest Resort for the Disney Vacation Club - Disney’s Riviera Resort, and will add another transportation option to these Resort hotels, which are currently only served by buses. The Disney Skyliner will not only offer a seamless way to travel between these locations, but also will give us some of the most spectacular views across Walt Disney World Resort, and they are sure to create a huge amount of interest when viewed from the ground too.  I cannot wait to enjoy a trip aboard these when they open - there is no exact date as yet, but we are hearing it will be later this Fall.   Keep watching the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest updates.
