Hello there, Anthony!
I’m so glad you followed the force and found planDisney. Even though
Disney Skyliner is a form of transportation, I find it to be just as exciting as some attractions. It’s such a relaxing way to travel around the Resorts.
You can absolutely take advantage of the Disney Skyliner even if you aren’t a Resort hotel Guest. If you’re planning on spending the majority of the day at EPCOT, you’ll need to park at EPCOT, but you can definitely go to
Disney’s Riviera Resort using Disney Skyliner located next to the International Gateway entrance. During peak times of the year, only Resort hotel Guests or Guests with dining reservations may be allowed to enter the Resort area to park. If you have a dining reservation for one of the fabulous restaurants at Disney’s Riviera Resort, you can share your reservation information with parking security, enjoy your meal and take the Disney Skyliner to EPCOT after your meal.
In fact, during my family’s most recent Walt Disney World Resort vacation, we took the Disney Skyliner from EPCOT to Disney’s Riviera Resort for dinner at
Topolino’s Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera. We loved hanging out on the terrace during sunset while we waited for our table to be ready. The Lobster Linguine was our party’s favorite entree. It was such a memorable dining experience.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
