Will the sky liner run from Epcot to Hollywood studios after park closing?

Heigh-ho, heigh-ho, it's off to Walt Disney World Resort we go! Welcome to planDisney, Kristin!

To me, the transportation at The Most Magical Place on Earth can feel like an attraction itself - especially the Disney Skyliner! I love riding in this relaxing gondola first thing in the morning or late at night where you can see sweeping views of the magic that surrounds you. It sounds like you do, too!

Kristin, after speaking to a Cast Member, the recommendation was that the Disney Skyliner will be running until about an hour after park closing. Since EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios close at differing times, that may mean that the line from Disney's Hollywood Studios may close earlier than EPCOT's. You can always speak to a Cast Member stationed near the Disney Skyliner on the day of your visit to confirm these times! However, an alternate solution might be to take the walking path between these two parks. This is a beautiful, leisurely walk that can be a perfect end to a magical day. In fact, you could even take a route that walks past BoardWalk Ice Cream and grab a Cookies ‘n Cream Currents Milkshake to make your walk even sweeter!

Speaking of EPCOT, did you see that Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is now open? A few of my panelist friends got to ride this attraction and gave it nothing but rave reviews (and thankfully were able to help save the galaxy, too!). You can ride this by joining a virtual queue or purchasing an Individual Lightning Lane entrance - or both!

I hope I was able to help you with your question today, Kristin! If anything else pops up, please visit us again.

Meet the Panelist: Michelle, Pennsylvania

Hello from Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, also known as Pittsburgh! My husband and I live in a little town that we affectionately call Main Street, U.S.A. where we often find ourselves seeking out ice cream, finding new adventures, and having lightsaber battles in our backyard. While we love to travel to galaxies far, far away, we consider Walt Disney World Resort our second home and I can't wait to help you add even more magic to your Disney vacations!
