Hi Kristen!
I am so excited to hear you will be catching the current for an upcoming sailing on the Disney Dream. You are in for a fabulous adventure with Captain Mickey at the helm.
Animator's Palate is one of the most beloved restaurants on Disney Cruise Line and for good reason! Its terrific theming and dinner shows with amazing technology make it a standout in the cruising world. What you are talking about is the the Undersea Magic dinner show that makes Nemo and friends come to life. I can SEA why you would love to see them...they are definitely FINtastic! We love the guess the character game and of course how Crush magically interacts with Guests. You might find yourself even talking like Crush afterwards..."totally tubular!"
Unfortunately, given the fact that the fish have school during the day, they are not available for breakfast or lunch. The only time Nemo and friends appEAR in Animator's Palate is for dinner. So perhaps you might choose to do
rotational dining on the evening that you are scheduled in Animator's Palate. Once you receive your Key to the World card, it will show what your dining rotation is for your sailing. Animator's Palate will be listed as AP.
Good news! All the characters you know and love from Disney-Pixar's "Finding Nemo" can be found at Nemo's Reef on deck 11 of the Disney Dream and the Disney Fantasy.
Nemo's Reef is an interactive splash deck and play zone for kids 8 and under to channel their inner Dory. Or your little guppies might prefer to "just keep swimming" in one of the pools if they are potty trained. With a little luck, "Finding Nemo" might be one of the movies playing on Funnel Vision, the giant outdoor screen located on the pool deck!
Reel in information on all the activities and entertainment onboard with the trusty
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or your Personal Navigator newsletter.
Feel free to swim back by the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any other questions as you plan your voyage. Have a DREAMy vacation!
Happy Sailing!
Sherry
