What is the size of the 5th sleeper at Carribean Beach?

    Hiya Angela,

Welcome to planDisney! I'm always thrilled to see a fellow Texan here! I am honored to be a part of your planning journey. I hope you are excited about staying at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort soon. Nothing is more relaxing than staying on a tropical island, and at Disney's Caribbean Beach, you get that plus the magic of Walt Disney World Resort. Did I mention the best part? As one of the resorts on the Disney Skyliner route, you get easy access to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios from your resort.

The "5th Sleeper" is excellent for a larger family or just for anyone who wants their own sleeping space. When Walt Disney World Resort says "Child-Size," they mean it; one of my panelist friends measured the "5th Sleeper" last year and found it measured around 63 inches by 30 inches. So it is slightly smaller than a traditional twin mattress. While it is probably most ideal for a smaller Mouseketeer as an adult who is more pixie-sized (I'm only 5'2), I would be comfortable in these accommodations.

I hope this was helpful, Angela and your Guest will be comfortable in the sleeper. Please come back and see us if you need anything else!

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.

Meet the Panelist: Ashley, Texas

Hey Y'all! I’m Ashley and I live in Texas. My family and I love trying out the yummy snacks (DOLE Whip anyone!) and taking full advantage of our resort days. When we are not piloting the Millennium Falcon, exploring Kilimanjaro Safaris, or watching fireworks, you can find me planning our next adventure to Walt Disney World! I am so excited that you are planning a trip, and I look forward to helping you dig a little deeper and find the magic in all of the wonders of Walt Disney World Resort. Learn More About Ashley
