What size are in room safes

    Ahoy there, Michael!

Thank you so much for sailing by planDisney with your room safe question! I can only imagine how excited you must be with your Disney Cruise just days away, talk about the best kind of countdown. Soon you’ll be walking onto the ship to the sound of your family’s name being announced, enjoying delicious meals, soaking in all that ocean magic, and yes, ordering Mickey Bars from room service whenever your heart desires. Pure magic!

So, let’s dive right into your question. I chatted with a Cast Member, who shared that the stateroom safes are approximately 15.5 inches deep by 7.5 inches high by 14.5 inches wide and include a small tray. It’s a convenient spot to secure smaller valuables like passports, jewelry, car keys, extra money, and any other items you’d rather keep safely in your room.

A quick pro tip from one cruiser to another: be sure to download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App before you set sail. Once onboard, it becomes your trusty compass—guiding you to your rotational dining schedule, entertainment, character meet-and-greets, activities like Bingo and Silent Disco, and even letting you message your sailing crew while at sea. It truly keeps the magic at your fingertips.

Michael, I hope this helps as you get ready for your dream voyage! If you have any more questions before you set sail, please visit us again.

    See ya real soon,
