Hey, howdy, Hey Cassandra and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We always have a park bag loaded with magical goodies to keep us going while exploring
Disneyland Park,
Disney California Adventure Park, and
Downtown Disney District.
Theme park bags are essential and they help you as Scar, the villainous uncle of Simba in Disney's The Lion King, says, "Be prepared!" There are lots of options for backpacks and I prefer a cinch bag with string shoulder straps. It is easy to carry on attractions, open and close, collapses and expands effortlessly, lightweight, and fits within the
Disneyland Resort Rules. There is a size restriction on backpacks. Backpacks, with or without wheels, may not be larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high (61cm x 38cm x 46cm). This is an ample size for anything you may need during your adventure. I usually have sunscreen, coins in a container for souvenir
pressed coins, medicine for headaches, hand sanitizer,
autograph book and marker, portable rechargeable battery and cable for my smartphone, and some prepackaged snacks for the kids.
If you need more space but do not want to carry items around you can
rent a locker. I prefer the lockers in the Esplanade especially when park hopping.
Cassandra, please stop by with more questions to help plan your next enchanted Disney vacation.
Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
