    Hi. What is the size of the pull down bed in the Grand Floridian studio villas? Would it fit a 10 year old girl who is 5 feet tall? Thank you.

    Howdy Kelly!!  

    I would like to begin by telling you that I am a 42 year old woman and I am the same height as your 10 year old daughter.  In fact, she might actually be a tiny bit taller than me!  So happy for her!  (Though I have no complaints at all about being fun size!)

    I spoke with a Cast Member with Disney Vacation Club Member Services and was told that the twin size pull down beds are 37.5” X 67” X 7.5” so I believe your daughter will be able to comfortably sleep on the bed.  I have slept on one in the past at another Resort and I had more than enough room.  I curl up when I sleep but as long as she doesn't have her head too far down on her pillow, she should be very comfy!

    We will be staying at The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in early 2014 and I could not be more excited!  We toured the model in May and made the decision to make The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa our 5th home Resort immediately.  It's such an amazing Resort.  You can't beat the location and the amenities are fabulous!  My currently 6 year old daughter was mesmerized by the mirror TVs in the bathrooms!
