Ahoy there, Marilyn!
Arrr! It sounds like you've discovered some buried treasure in your home that would make Captain Jack Sparrow jealous. Your unexpired theme park tickets are more valuable than pirate gold, and I'm happy to help you with them. Let's set sail for adventure!
First, try linking your old tickets to your My Disney Experience account. Sometimes, the system will recognize theme park admission. To do this, use the My Disney Experience dropdown menu and select "My Plans." Scroll down and click the blue box to "Add More Plans." Choose "Link Reservations & Purchases" from this menu, then tap "Tickets." You'll see several images of tickets, and if you see one that looks like yours, type in the ID numbers and see if it will link. You can also try
calling the Walt Disney World Resort to enlist Cast Member help.
Marilyn, if you are unable to link your tickets before arriving, I recommend visiting the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs or a theme park ticket window as soon as you arrive in Walt Disney World. Because these tickets will require
theme park reservations before entering the parks, you'll want to take care of this as soon as possible. The Cast Members at any ticket location can also help with theme park reservations once the tickets have been linked.
I hope everything goes smoothly for you! You've chosen an incredible year to visit
Walt Disney World. My family can't wait for the
upcoming summer offerings. We're keeping our fingers crossed that
Tiana and her friends are ready to welcome us to the bayou when we visit next. If there's anything else we at
planDisney can help with as you prepare for your stay, don't hesitate to come see us again. Thanks for stopping by with your question, and we can't wait to welcome you "home" very soon!
