    we have six adults and three children in our party. we have a disney dining plan. what amount should our table give as a tip?

    It's lovely to see a question from a fellow Brit!

    Tips are often a concern for guests visiting from the UK as it is not something that we are familiar with in our country.

    The situation will be made very easy in your case as an automatic 18% gratuity charge is added to the bill for parties of 6 or more. An automatic gratuity charge may also be added to your bill for items you order that are not included in the Disney Dining Plan (for example, alcoholic beverages).

    Obviously, if you feel that the service you receive at any restaurant was particularly good, you are more than welcome to leave a tip in excess of this.
