Are Sitgo or Sitpack portable seats allowed in the parks

Hi Donna, thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

I know a day rope-dropping the theme parks means a lot of walking, in fact, you will always find me wearing comfortable walking shoes in the theme parks!

According to the Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules, folding chairs are not allowed in any theme parks, water parks, Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, or Disney Springs. However, I do have some recommendations for getting some time off your feet. My top recommendation is booking a Table Service dining reservation. I always book at least one Table Service dining reservation per day, because it gives me and my travel party a chance to sit down, relax, and enjoy a meal for about an hour. If you time your reservation right, you may be able to view the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade while you eat a meal at Tony’s Town Square Restaurant! Just make sure you ask to sit on the outside patio.

There are also several attractions that are sit-down shows. For example, Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room, and Mickey’s PhilharMagic. My absolute favorite is Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress, where you follow a family through four generations of technological progress, and you’ll walk away singing “There’s a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!” If you still need some time off your feet, I recommend getting a relaxing tour of Tomorrowland on the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover! This is one of my family’s favorite ways to take a break during the day and get some great views of Tomorrowland from above. For a similar ride, you can use the Walt Disney World Railroad to get across Magic Kingdom Park. There are railroad stations at the front of the theme park on Main Street, U.S.A., in Fantasyland, and in Frontierland. Our family enjoys taking the round trip so we can hear the entire narration.

If you feel like you need additional assistance, ECV and wheelchair rentals are available in all four theme parks, however, these are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

I hope this helped give you some ideas on how to keep your visit to Walt Disney World Resort not only fun but also relaxing, Donna.
