Are there any sites that let you trade meal reservations with other families rather than trying to reschedule things?

Hi, Kim! As you can imagine, there is an enormous community of Disney fans that support a huge amount of fan sites as well as discussion boards. You can find information about almost anything you would like to know from people all over the world who have visited and/or who are about to visit Disney parks, resorts and destinations throughout the world. Of course, many times, the information is coming from individuals -- who like you and me -- may have vast experience in one area but not a lot in another. Therefore, make sure you are completely comfortable with whom you are dealing, and I would personally not want to exchange Advanced Dining Reservations which require credit card confirmation.

Call me "old fashioned," but I would prefer to book, cancel or change my ADRs through Disney (or an official third-party provider) in order to avoid being disappointed. You can do that by going to "My Disney Vacation" from the home page and clicking on "Dining Reservations," or by going to the Advanced Dining Reservations page. You can also call 407-WDW-DINE.  it would help to have your confirmation/reservation #'s readily available.

If you would like to look around at exchanges between Disney guests and fans, I would recommend visiting www.disboards.com, www.passporterboards.com and www.forums.wdwmagic.com. If you have never visited before, go slowly...it can be simultaneously overwhelming and addicting!

Come back to visit me here if you have more questions! Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
