On the site it said that it is recommended or guest to be fully vaccinated or proof of negative covid testing. I am flying in from WA and my family are all vaccinated except my 10 years old. Will he need a Covid test, if so how far in advance?

Welcome to planDisney, Linda! Thanks for taking the time to swing by with your question for us. We’re delighted you’re here.

I bet you’re super excited to be heading to the Happiest Place on Earth next month! The phased reopening is well underway, and countless Cast Members have been working diligently to ensure health and safety of all Guests are top priorities. While it is encouraged for Guests to have the Covid-19 vaccinations prior to entering the Disneyland Resort, it is not a requirement at this time. You won’t need to show proof of vaccinations or negative Covid-19 test results prior to entering. Please note that face coverings for Guests over 2 years of age are still mandatory. As the state of California continues to ease restrictions related to Covid-19, park operations may change in response. Before you arrive to the Disneyland Resort, be sure to check out the latest park news on Disneyland.com or Disney Parks Blog

I hope this helps as you continue to plan your upcoming trip. If you have additional questions, Linda, please don’t hesitate to write us again. We’re all EARS!

    Have a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
