How on this site do i find the plans that I already started!?!?!?!?

    Welcome to planDisney, Patrick!

Oh dear! It sounds like Evil Emperor Zurg infiltrated your vacation planning! Thankfully, I have some tips to help you retrieve your plans from the grips of this super-villain!

Okay, before you get too nervous, Patrick, I want you to simply log out and then back in to your Walt Disney World Resort account. Once you’ve done that, hover over the “My Disney Experience” tab and scroll down to select the “My Plans” option. On the “My Plans” page, you should see any reservations/plans you’ve already made. (If you haven’t finalized those reservations take a look in your “Cart” on the Walt Disney World Resort website.)

If neither of those options show the plans that you know you have made, please call a Cast Member at Website Support. Their number is (407) 939-4357. They’re in close contact with Mr. Buzz Lightyear himself, so you’ll be in great hands!

If you have additional questions before your trip, we hope to hear from you again!

You’ve got a friend in me!
