Hi, Ehryn! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
It looks like you will be visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days. How exciting! I can't think of a better way to kick off 2020 than with
a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth!
I can tell that you've been doing your resEARch to get ready for your trip. You are correct that the guidelines regarding strollers that are permitted in the Walt Disney World
theme parks were changed last year. According to the
Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules, strollers greater than 31 inches wide or 52 inches long are prohibited. Stroller wagons are also not allowed in the parks, and you may not have a trailer-like object pushed, pulled, or towed by your stroller. There is nothing mentioned in the property rules prohibiting sit 'n stand strollers, so I think that as long as your stroller fits within the measurement guidelines, you should be fine.
Did you know that you can also
rent a stroller at the Walt Disney World Resort? This is a great option if you would rather not travel with your stroller from home. Strollers are available to rent at the theme parks, or you may choose to rent a stroller from the Disney Featured Provider, ScooterBug. Guests renting a stroller from ScooterBug have the option to have their stroller delivered right to their
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. This is so convenient when you're traveling with
little ones!
Wishing you a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Samantha
