Hello there, Kelsey! Welcome to planDisney and thank you for trusting us with your question. I'll be delighted to help get you some answers so you can continue planning your next visit to Disneyland Resort!
As you might already know,
Magic Key Passes are valid one year from the first date of activation (using it for either theme park entry or for the parking benefit for a pay-on-entry parking lot at Disneyland Resort). If you and your sister have already made your theme park reservations for the last day of the Magic Key pass' eligible use, then you should be good to go! This is because theme park reservations are tied to valid admission tickets or passes. However, if your sister's Magic Key pass expires before the date of your visit, then she would need to renew the pass, or purchase
valid ticketed admission with a theme park reservation in order to join you for that day. I always recommend verifying the expiration date by locating it under the barcode in the
official Disneyland mobile app or on the official Disneyland website under the "
My Disneyland" section.
If you have any doubts about this, please feel welcome to call the
Disneyland Magic Key phone line and speak with a Cast Member. I always find their assistance to be friendly and helpful! I hope you're able to enjoy all the
holiday seasonal celebrations during your next Disneyland Resort visit, Kelsey! It's the merriest season of all!
Please don't hesitate to reach out again, anytime you might have additional questions. From all of us here at
planDisney, we'd love to help!
Blue Skies and Sunshine,
