    If my sister's magic band is linked to my account and she wants to buy a ticket to a park, do I have to link the ticket to her magic band or can she do it from her own My Disney account?

    Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us.

    Like the Genie, you can summon the magic from your hands in the form of MagicBand! These handy bands are both functional and fashionable! As you know, you can use your MagicBand to interact with nighttime entertainment (with Magicband+) as well as use it to unlock your Disney Resorts Collection room and scan your theme park tickets. You don’t even need to use one of your three wishes to do so! 

    For your sister’s upcoming visit, I would recommend you disconnect your sister’s Magicband+ from your account so she can add it to hers! First, you will need to log into your MyDisney account using the My Disney Experience mobile app. Scroll down to “Magicbands & Cards" and click this option. You should see all linked MagicBands here. Select your sister’s Magicband (the one you want to deactivate) and follow the prompts. Once it is deactivated from your MyDisney account, your sister can go into her My Disney Experience mobile app and link the Magicband to her account! It’s easier than trying to pronounce “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious”!
