We (4) are going with my sister's family (4) and our parents(2). We'd like to stay at a Villa, but with 10 we don't know which gives us the best value. I like SS, but is it too far? Or should we just get a two suites at another resort?

Hi Liam,

Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World! There are certainly many wonderful options from which to choose when you stay on Disney Resort property!

If it's value than is your concern, I recommend checking out the Special Offers on the Disney website. You may find your best deal here.

Also, there are some Resorts with rooms dedicated to 5 or more guests, even in the Value Resorts! For more information, check the website out on the link I just gave you.

We have found that our best value comes from either booking separate rooms at a Disney Value Resort, or by booking separate Studio Villas at the Disney Vacation Club Resorts. You should note that the large, 3 bedroom villas are the most expensive. And, the 1 bedroom villas sleep the same number of Guests as the Studio villas (4), so you would save money by skimping on the extra space and going with the Studio villas for everyone.

Saratoga Springs Resort, which is an "all villa" resort, is actually not as far out as it seems. It is very close to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, and you can even walk to the Downtown Disney Area! However, the complimentary Disney Transportation System makes it very convenient to get to any of the Parks and Resorts you wish to visit.

When you have an idea of when and where you want to go, then go to the planning page on the Disney website to make your reservation online. There you will find tools to assist you and allow you to compare the pricing of the various room arrangements.
