    My sisters & I are attending Mickey's NSS Halloween Party on 9/23. what's the earliest we can enter MK in costume? I know the event starts at 7pm however one year I overheard a cast member saying you could enter in costume as early as 4pm. thanks!

    Hello Mindy,

    I absolutely love attending Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. And you are correct. Even though the party does not officially start until 7 p.m., in the past, Cast Members have permitted Guests with tickets for MNSSHP to enter as early as 4 p.m. And yes! Costumes are allowed and absolutely encouraged - even at 4 p.m. So tell your sisters to get their costumes ready!
