Hey there, hi there, ho there, Tricia!
Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! There is no better gift than Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets, and with the World's Most Magical Celebration in full swing, this year is an especially magical time to come and visit. I also have the fondest memories of the times my family and I visited the parks together, and I know your kids will make magical memories that will last a lifetime.
Now, let's talk about how you can have your kids' tickets linked to their accounts so that they can experience the magic real soon! First, make sure that the theme park tickets that were gifted to your kids are not Florida Resident tickets, as these tickets
require proof of residency to be activated. Second, if your sister-in-law selected the "
This order will be a gift" checkbox, you should be able to link them to their account directly. Otherwise, your sister-in-law should be able to connect them to your kids' accounts directly, provided that they are linked to each others'
Family & Friends Lists. To
link a ticket, go into the "My Plans" section of your
My Disney Experience account and click on "Add More Plans." Then, click on "Link Reservations and Purchases" and select the ticket option. You will be able to enter the ticket number and link each ticket to their corresponding profiles! However, keep in mind that
if your kids are minors, they would need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to have their theme park tickets activated on the first day of their visit.
Once the tickets are linked, make sure that your kids have
theme park reservations for each day of their magical vacation! If your kids have not experienced
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT yet, I would highly recommend adding it to your itinerary. As you shrink down to the size of Remy and his friends, you will get the chance to run around the famous restaurant Chez Gusteau in a fun and exciting adventure. My favourite part? The delicious smells of the fresh baguettes! Over at Disney's Hollywood Studios, I also love
Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway, which is also a great attraction for dreamers of all ages!
I hope this was helpful, Tricia, and that your kids will have the best day ever on your upcoming Disney vacation! If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your visit, please don't hesitate to reach out. You're as welcome as can be!
Have a magical day,
Ariane
