Hi there, Chase!
Welcome to planDisney, and congratulations on your sister's upcoming wedding! I can imagine your sister is thrilled to begin her "happily ever after" with her new spouse, and I can understand the interest in celebrating the special occasion with photos at Disneyland Resort.
I'm sorry to share that wedding attire can't be worn on Disneyland property unless the couple has booked a
Disney Fairy Tale Wedding. Other than events organized by Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons, Disneyland Resort has a "no on-site weddings" policy. I know that is disappointing!
There are other options to commemorate your sister's wedding! When my husband and I got married, he wore a Mickey Mouse Groom Ear Hat and I donned a Minnie Mouse Bride Ear Hat during our wedding rehearsal. Personalization was even available at
The Mad Hatter on Main Street, U.S.A.! These wedding-themed hats would be fun to wear for pictures around Disneyland before heading to a nice dinner with family at
Napa Rose or
Carthay Circle Restaurant. Just make sure to make dining reservations in advance, up to 60 days ahead of time.
Your sister may also be interested in planning a
honeymoon at Disneyland! There are many options and activities to choose from, such as massages at
Tenaya Stone Spa in Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa,
private cabanas or daybeds at one of the hotels, or
park tours highlighting unique aspects of the theme parks. Not to mention,
Disney Gift Cards are a perfect wedding gift in my opinion!
Chase, thanks again for visiting us at planDisney! I hope your sister's wedding is all that she dreamed of (and more!). If you have additional questions, feel free to visit us again at planDisney!
