Hi there, Elisabet!
Wow! That sounds wonderful. I wish I could be a sibling as nice as your sister. I’m so happy to hear you have received some theme park tickets to The Happiest Place on Earth!
When you see a message that says no more days are remaining for a
theme park ticket, it usually means that either the ticket has been used or that all of the reservations have been booked for that ticket. If the ticket is a comp ticket, it may also show up as not having any more days but could still be valid. If you still see the ticket in the
Disneyland mobile app, I suspect that it has not been used up. So it is likely that the message you see refers to the number of additional park reservations that can be booked.
If you want to verify that a theme park ticket is still valid, you may reach out to a Cast Member on the
Tickets phone line. You can also find a Cast Member with the chat feature on the Disneyland Resort website or in the Disneyland mobile app. Another way to check on your tickets is to look at the “Future Plans” screen of the mobile app or the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page online using the account that has the tickets originally linked to it. If you see the expected
theme park reservations associated with your tickets there, I believe you are good to go.
I hope you have a great time at the Disneyland Resort, Elisabet. There’s a lot to look forward to enjoying. One of my favorite events is the
Lunar New Year celebration at
Disney California Adventure Park.
Have a magical time!
