My sister have a sindrome down she has 27 years old and she can t walk, i want to know we have to pay all the ticket or disney have some discount for persons like her.

    Hello Juan,

Unfortunately there are no discounted admission tickets for disabled guests. The good news is that guests with medical challenges will find plenty to enjoy at Walt Disney World.

You first stop should be the Guest Relations office at any of the theme parks. You can describe your sister's medical situation and likely be provided with a Guest Assistance Card. The GAC may allow your family considerations such as indoor waiting areas or special attraction entrances for your sister's wheelchair or ECV. Many rides are wheelchair capable. Additionally, there are many parades, shows, character greetings and fireworks presentations where your sister does not have to move anywhere to be entertained.

A great resource for you is the book "Passporter's Open Mouse to Walt Disney World." This title is available from Amazon and larger booksellers. It provides wonderful tips on navigating a Disney trip with medical challenges.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
