My sister has scoliosis and cannot wait in long lines or stand for a long period of time, is it possible that she can get a disability pass?

Hi Sydney, and welcome to planDisney!

Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! August is a beautiful time to visit.

Based on the details you have shared regarding your sister, I think it is worth you making contact to see if the Disability Access Service (DAS) is a good fit. To register for DAS, you can either pre-register via live video chat between 2 to 30 days before your park arrivals, or you can get it done when you arrive on property at Guest Relations. Please note that this is a live chat, and your sister will need to be present for the duration of the live chat. Expect a small wait, but once you are connected, the process goes by pretty fast.

Before you begin the process, ensure that everyone in your party is included on your Family &Friends List via your My Disney Experience account. Also, be sure to make your theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass Reservation System, in addition to having your theme park tickets linked.

Please let us know if you need additional assistance.

    Have a magical day!
