    My sister and I are running the dopey challenge but we don't get fly into Orlando until 8:00 pm on Friday after the expo closes!!!! How do we get out bibs and shirts for all our races!!! Panicked!!!

    Hi Brenda!

         Congratulations on running races during the Walt Disney World Marathon weekend with your sister! 
    If you and your sister are running the Dopey Challenge, then you would need to pick up your race packet and hand in your race waivers by the close of Disney’s Health & Fitness Expo at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex by 8:00 pm on Wednesday, January 8, 2014.  If you and your sister are running the Goofy Race and a Half Challenge, then you would need to pick up your race packet and hand in your race waivers by the close of Disney’s Health & Fitness Expo at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex by 7:00 pm on Friday, January 10, 2014. 

         If you are unable to attend Packet Pick-Up, then someone else can pick it up for you. The individual picking up on your behalf must provide the following items as well as his/her Photo ID:
    1. Copy of your driver’s license or Photo ID
    2. Your signed waiver
    3. Your signed Packet Pick-Up Authorization Form

    In the past years, there has been an information tent at the beginning of the each race where runners could pick up their race bibs, but this is not a guarantee so I would recommend trying to have a friend pick up your race packets for you.

    I hope that every mile of your races during the Walt Disney World Marathon weekend is magical for you and your sister!
