My sister and I recently took our families to Disney and my sister purchased Photo Pass. If my sister shares/links the photos with me, am I allowed to download and use the photos in a photobook even though I was not the official "Buyer"?

    Hi Nikki!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It sounds like you just finished a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation with your family! I'm glad to hear that you purchased your photos taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers during your vacation because they are the perfect way to save all of the memories we made during your family vacation.

It sounds like your sister purchased Memory Maker and you would like to be able to have access to those pictures. Since your sister is the purchaser of Memory Maker, she will need to be the one to download the Disney PhotoPass pictures using her Memory Maker entitlement. As long as you are linked to your sister via your My Disney Experience Friends & Family list and you allow her access to your PhotoPass photos, then she will be able to download all of your pictures. Since Memory Maker comes with a copyright release, your sister will be able to share the photos with you and you are welcome to use the photos for a photobook or to professionally print them how you choose. I like to use our Walt Disney World Resort pictures to make a calendar every year to share with my family!

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
