    My sister just purchased an Annual Pass. We are planning a short trip to Disney World November 16-19, 2016. She is trying to get a Magic Band mailed to her. Is this possible? Seems like all she gets is the Certificate # before the trip.

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for sending us your great question about Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passes and MagicBands. Please congratulate your sister on my behalf. She will love being a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder and will surely enjoy all the benefits that accompany her annual pass.

    Your sister will not be able to have her annual pass MagicBand shipped to her in advance of her vacation. She will be able to customize the MagicBand associated to her annual pass when she activates her annual pass at any Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket window, Guest Relations location or a Disney Springs Guest Relations location.

    Once she has activated her annual pass, she may log in to her Disney Account and customize her MagicBand.
