Hi! My sister and partner are on a separate room reservation. My sister is not showing under the ‘We’re Planning Together’ section but her partner is. She is showing under ‘My Other Family & Friends’. How do we add her to planning together please

Hello Lauren and welcome to planDisney.

As the current UK Panelist here at planDisney, I'm delighted to have the opportunity to offer you a little pixie-dusted insight into planning towards your family's jolly holiday to the magic and wonder of Walt Disney World Resort.

It sure sounds as if both your family and your sister's family, have been enjoying some fun times planning towards your Disney holiday together via your My Disney Experience accounts.  After all, planning together with dEAR Family and Friends should ensure your whole trip is extra magical indeed.

It should be fairly straightforward to link everyone's plans together using the My Disney Experience - Family and Friends List by inviting your sister to connect by sending her an email invite.

     - Firstly, using a desktop computer, log into your My Disney Experience account.
     - Within the drop-down menu, select My Family & Friends
     - This opens up a new page showing your current My Family & Friends List
     - Scroll right down to the end of the list and select Add a Guest
     - Again, this opens another new page where you can either -
Find through my connected Guests, Import from a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation, or I'll enter their name & age
     - Select the option I'll enter their name & age, complete details within the form, and select Invite this Guest to Connect before adding your sister's email address.
     - Select Done to complete the invite process!

With just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust your sister should receive and then accept her Family and Friends invite,  to enable you both to make Disney holiday plans together.

Additionally Lauren, I also thought you may find these Frequently Asked Questions - Family and Friends in My Disney Experience to be a really useful planning resource.

If however, you still require a little further technical assistance, then I suggest speaking in person with a knowledgeable Cast Member who can take a closer look at your My Disney Experience account for you.  Guests from the UK can dial the freephone number for Technical & Website Support contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

Lauren, if I can be of any further assistance, then please do pop back to planDisney.  I'm always happy to help wherever I am able!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
