I assume your sister has booked her trip through the
Walt Disney World Travel Company. I encourage her to speak to one of the
Disney Experts as soon as possible to discuss her options. I do know that changes to bookings are subject to availability and costs, and an amendment fee may also be charged. Any additional costs would be confirmed with the Lead Passenger. As it's so close to their original departure date, cancelling scheduled airline tickets can result in up to a 100% cancellation fee.
