Hi Carrie!
Welcome to planDisney! Oh boy oh boy, I’m happy to hEAR that you already have a Walt Disney World vacation all set for next month. Since I just got home from the Most Magical Place on Earth, I can safely say that you are in for a festive holiday treat. From holiday decorations to scrumptious snacks, there’s truly "no place like HOME for the holidays."
To share plans with your sister, you will have to add her to your
Family and Friends list on your My Disney Experience account. You would first sign in to your account and select “My Family & Friends” from the drop-down menu. Then click “Add a Guest” and select how you would like to add her. (The options allow adding a Guest through friend connections you already have, a Walt Disney World reservation, or by adding a Guest's name and age.) She will then log onto her My Disney Experience account and can then
accept your invitation. If you have any questions, the My Disney Experience team can be reached at (407) 939-4357.
Even though it sounds like you already have your
Disney Park Pass reservations (well done), it still helps to be able to see your plans together on My Disney Experience. That way, if you decide to make changes to what park you’d like to visit, you can easily make those modifications under your account for the both of you.
My final suggestion is to download the
My Disney Experience app if you don’t already have it on your mobile device. It makes all the difference in the world when placing mobile orders for food. Just yesterday in the Magic Kingdom, we ordered our lunch when we left Fantasyland. During our walk, we clicked the “Prepare My Order” tab and by the time we got to Adventureland, our mobile order was ready for pickup! It meant not having to wait in front of the restaurant, and it was just easy breezy. (Can I rewind the clock please and be back in my happy place?)
Carrie, hopefully you know that all of us at planDisney are eager to help with any planning questions you might have. Making a wish upon a star that you and your sister have a very merry vacation!
