Hi, so me, my sister and her little family plus my parents want to book a Disney hotel in 2025 but we want our rooms to be adjoining or at least, close together. If we each book separately, can we call up and request this?

    Hi Janie,

Welcome back to planDisney! It sounds like you’re planning a big family vacation to Walt Disney World Resort for 2025. It’s never too early to start dreaming, so let’s talk about your Disney Resort hotel reservations.

You can certainly make your Disney Resort hotel rooms separately and request to be near each other. After you book your reservations, the lead Guest in each room will need to call the number listed under “Disney Resort Hotel Reservations.” Make sure you have all the reservation numbers handy when you call in. You can ask the Cast Member to note that you are traveling together and request for your rooms to be located near each other. These requests are considered, but not guaranteed.

I also suggest that you add your family members to your Family & Friends List once you begin planning. Being connected through My Disney Experience will help simplify adding your travel party to dining reservations, Lightning Lane selections, and Virtual Queue groups.

In the meantime, keep an eye on the Special Offers page to see what will be available when it is time to start making your Disney Resort hotel reservations. Also, follow the Disney Parks Blogs for future announcements about what is coming to Walt Disney World Resort during your future stay! If you have any more questions, come back and see us at planDisney!
