Hi there Brian!
Thank you for submitting your question and welcome to planDisney! I am so glad you came to us today and I hope we can fix this together! I absolutely love My Disney Experience as it makes planning your next Disney trip so easy and convenient, especially when you're visiting with your family and friends.
As for your My Disney Experience account, it is a bit tricky since
people under 13 years of age cannot have their own account which would allow you to link with him directly through the "Family & Friends" list. However, you should still be able to see his profile if you are linked with your sister-in-law. First, I would recommend completely closing your app or window and refreshing your account. I know I sometimes had issues with friends not showing up on the My Disney Experience Mobile App, but this would usually be fixed by refreshing the app. Second, I would also suggest making sure her list of Family & Friends is not set to private. She would have to go into her My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three bars at the bottom right and click on "My Profile." Then at the bottom of her "Family & Friends List," she should be able to click on "Yes, share my Family & Friends list." If she is using the website instead, she would go into the "My Disney Experience" tab and click on "My Family & Friends." She should then be able to click on "Update" next to each profile in her Family & Friends List and share her plans with you. If this option is already selected, I would then recommend
getting in contact with a Cast Member via the "My Disney Experience and MagicBands" line. Guest Relations Cast Members truly are real-life Fairy Godparents and they should be able to work their magic for you!
I hope this was helpful, Brian, and I am wishing upon a star that this issue gets resolved as quickly as possible! Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any more questions, we are always happy to help! Have a magical day and I am sending you all the pixie dust for your next visit,
Ariane
