My sister in law bought a 5 day ticket even though we already purchased one for her. Is there any way to get a refund?

    Hi Colleen,

According to the Theme Park Tickets section of the Walt Disney World website, all tickets and options are non-transferable and non-refundable. This information in also reiterated in the Tickets - Frequently Asked Questions section of the Walt Disney World website.

Should you wish to have this confirmed, I would suggest calling (407) 939-1289 and explaining the situation to a Cast Member.

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
