    My sister & I were hoping to have a floral arrangement or something in the room when my parents arrive - how pricey is it to have Disney do that? And we don't want them to see what we've paid for the room. Will they get a statement at check out?

    The Walt Disney World Floral and Gift Basket Department has dozen of choices of gifts that may be sent to guest's room. These range from inexpensive snack baskets to opulent bouquets; there's really something for every budget. You can see some of your choices at disneyflorist.com, but don't worry if you don't see exactly the right thing. The floral wizards make custom gifts and arrangements every day. Just give them a call at 407-827-3505.

    As for your statement question, yes, guests are given a statement to examine at check-out time. This way they can check the accuracy of all the items that are billed to the room. Depending on the circumstances, it may be possible for you to give the room stay as a gift. Your best bet would be to call the billing office at your hotel to discuss your options.
