My sister and I are going to go to Epcot to celebrate my 30th birthday, Is one day enough? We're not pressed to go on rides. We really want to experience all the world stuff and food! What other things about epcot should 2 adults make sure to do?

Hello Lina and thanks for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such a great question about your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort.
I'm so excited to hEar you're all set to enjoy what's sure to be an extra magical 30th birthday celebration next yEar with your dear sister as 2019 truly is looking to be the best time to visit Walt Disney World Resort - now more than ever!  And yes I do think that adults can amply cover Epcot during 1 full Disney day; especially if the focus is mainly on visiting all the 11 diverse countries of World Showcase.
However I wouldn't miss experiencing the unbelievable Attraction Soarin' Around the World within Future World or exploring under the ocean waves with The Seas with Nemo & Friends.
I believe your intended February trip dates may also happily coincide with 2019 Epcot International Festival of the Arts which takes place from January 18th through February 25th.  This fun celebration of food, entertainment and art benefits from galleries, art seminars, concerts and my favourite The Culinary Arts where Guests can indulge in delicious dining experiences including the Disney on Broadway Concert Dining Package.
