My sister & I will be at our favorite place in the whole world - WDW - April 21-May 3, 2017 - no children. We are on the fence about making an ADR at the Polynesian's Spirit of Aloha experience. We will have the dining plan. What are your thoughts?

    Hi Jan,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question.

I’ve had the chance to see Disney’s Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show several times, and it’s always a lot of fun. While I’m not a big fan of the “story” part that starts the show (I find it a bit hokey), it’s cute enough to set up the main event: all of the amazing dancing later in the evening! And THAT part is well worth the wait!

If you’re planning to do something special to celebrate your vacation with your sister in your happy place, I think that it’s the perfect dining event, especially if you’ll be using your Disney Dining Plan. Don’t forget, however, that you’ll need to use two of your table service entitlements to pay for your meal.

I hope my answer helps you plan your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. Please don’t hesitate to come back and visit us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
