My sister and her family will be visiting a park soon for one day only. I am planning to visit shortly thereafter for a day as well. Can she purchase a Magic Your Way ticket and I use that ticket when I visit since it is good for a certain number of days?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Stephanie!

If I'm reading your question correctly, you're asking if your sister can go ahead a purchase a ticket on her trip for you to use on your trip that is soon afterwards. All ticket days must be used within 14 days of first use. The 14 days starts the first time a Guest enters a theme park and the ticket is scanned, not when the tickets are purchased.  If your sister buys your tickets while she's at Disney World, you're fine as long as the tickets are not activated by entering a theme park.

If instead you're asking if your sister purchases a Magic Your Way Ticket for 2 days so that she uses 1 day and you use the other day within the 14 day time frame, that won't work.  Magic Your Way Tickets must be used by the same person.  When a Guest enters a park, the ticket is scanned and will be encoded with that Guest's fingerprint.  Once encoded, only that Guest will be allowed to enter using that ticket and it cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Please feel free to visit us with any other questions. We're hEAR to help!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
