Hi Sherry,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Family holidays together are what I love about the Walt Disney World Resort. Looking back at our vacation photos brings back so many wonderful memories!
If you all have separate dining reservations, when you arrive at the restaurant, ask one of the cast members if they can seat you together. They will make every effort to do so but it is not guaranteed. If you can modify your dining reservation to include all of the guests on one reservation, go ahead and make that modification prior to your visit.
On my last visit with friends, we had separate dining reservations for
Liberty Tree Tavern. When we arrived, we explained that we had separate reservations, gave the cast member at the entrance both reservation numbers and they worked some magic to seat us together. It was PERFECT, especially because Liberty Tree Tavern had a table large enough to accommodate us all and they serve the food family style. We truly felt like we were enjoying a holiday dinner together.
Another restaurant that we enjoy when traveling with extended family is
Be Our Guest. They have tables that can accommodate larger families. This restaurant is incredibly popular and gets booked quickly, so be sure to make your dining reservations early! You can modify your
dining reservations online, but if you would prefer to speak to someone, just call 407-939-1947.
Sherry, I am sending pixie dust your way hoping that you all have a delightful family vacation filled with unexpected magic!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
