My sister is doing her first Disney cruise with her family in June. I haven't yet had the pleasure of Disney cruising. She was asking me if they do pin trading on a Disney cruise and I didn't know the answer. Thanks so much!

    Hi Paul!

There is pin trading aboard the Disney cruise ships.

Sometimes pin trading bingo is offered where you can win exclusive Disney Cruise Line pins. Check your Personal Navigator for the location and time. Typically, this is held in the Promenade Lounge.

In the evenings around 7:15 p.m., the Limited Edition Disney Cruise Line pins are for sale in the Lobby Atrium. This Pin Trading Station is usually open for approximately one hour. Pin traders will also find a large selection of pins in the Mickey's Mates store.

I haven't seen many crew members wearing lanyards outside of the scheduled pin trading times.

On a recent 7 night Eastern Caribbean cruise, "Officer Pin Trading"  was offered on a Wednesday evening at 7:15 p.m. This was a pin trading event with the Officers of the Disney Magic.

Tell your sister to bring her pins!
