Hi. My sister is coming to Disney alone with her 3 kids in December. Is there anyway she can get her luggage to the room for her so she doesn’t have to go through the trouble alone?

    Hiya Kristen,

Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your luggage question! What a truly jolly time for your sister and her kids to visit Disney World. Picture this: snow gently falling on Main Street, during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, towering Christmas trees glistening in the resort lobbies, and that sweet aroma of freshly baked gingerbread wafting through the halls. It’s like stepping straight into a Disney holiday storybook come to life.

Now, let’s dive right into your question! I completely understand the peace of mind that comes with knowing your luggage will be handled safely—especially with little ones excitedly dashing around. You’ll be glad to know that Bell Services Cast Members are on hand to make your check-in and check-out experiences merry and bright. They’ll assist your sister with your bags, store them if her room isn’t quite ready, and even deliver them right to her room once she’s all settled. (Just keep in mind gratuities aren’t included.) Just have her bring her luggage right to them. As a mom myself, I can tell you it’s a real lifesaver!

While your family is staying in the magic, don’t forget about those extra holiday perks that come with being a Disney Resort Guest. Early theme park entry gives you the chance to sneak into the parks 30 minutes before official opening—perfect for catching those must-do attractions before the hustle and bustle. And around the resorts, there are so many festive activities to enjoy, from Movies Under the Stars (imagine watching Frozen by the pool!) to holiday-themed crafts and treats. It all adds to the magic of your stay. Be sure to look for times upon arrival.

Kristen, I hope this helps your sister feel more at ease as she plans her holly-jolly vacation. If you or she has any more questions, please don’t hesitate to stop by planDisney again.

    See you real soon,

    Christina
