My sister is celebrating her 45th birthday at WDW. i saw that they can decorate her room but it is kind of pricey-- do you know if they can decorate on a budget of under $100

Hello Ida and thanks for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such a super question.
What a great sister you are for trying to arrange a fun celebration at Walt Disney World Resort for your dear sibling on her 45th birthday!
Those wonderful folks at Disney Floral and Gifts do have lots of surprises that fall within your budget; for example have you seen this just darling Minnie's Birthday Balloon Bouquet?!  To discuss your requirements speak with Disney Floral and Gifts on 407 939 4438.
Be sure your sister collects a free 'I'm Celebrating' birthday button from any Guest Services; wearers of these cute buttons often get wished birthday greetings from Cast Members and other Guests alike.
How about organizing a personalized birthday cake? Cakes can be ordered 72 hours in advance by calling the Cake Hotline on 407 827 2253; these marvelous confections can be delivered to most Table Service restaurants on Disney property.
You may find some other great ideas by checking out - Customize Your Special Occasion.
If I can help further plan your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort please pop back to ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
