    My sister bought my ticket, but i can't link the ticket on my phone. "You entered an invalid number. Please try again" comes up when I scan the code with my name on her phone. Please advise.

    Let's see if we can help you figure this out! I talked to my fellow planDisney planners, and we have a few suggestions. 

    First, we suggest adding your ticket to your Disneyland Mobile App by directly typing in your 18-digit ticket number instead of scanning the code with your device's camera. You will find the number right beneath the code. 

    If this still doesn't work, you can ask your sister to send you a screenshot of your ticket. Then, you can use the screenshot to redeem your ticket at the turnstiles. Once you do that, the Cast Member will assign your ticket to you and print a physical ticket. This will become your actual ticket, and you'll be good to go!
